Milos Bikovic, one of the most popular Serbian actors of the younger generation, has found himself in the focus of public attention over the past several weeks due to a U.S. HBO company decision to hire him to play in the popular The White Lotus series, after which it changed its mind and dropped the deal with him. The reason for this was a strong reaction from Ukraine which accused Bikovic of “supporting the genocide” against its people, i.e. the Russian invasion, and violating international law.
