Ahead of April elections in Serbia tensions between Belgrade and Pristina have flared. The reason this time is a dispute between the two sides on allowing Kosovo Serbs to vote in the elections in Kosovo, as well as the suspension of Mitrovica Basic Court president Ljiljana Stevanovic, which led to mass protests by Kosovo Serbs in Kosovska Mitrovica on March 25.
