It is not easy to find one’s way around the complex paths of international relations when a country, like Serbia, has no officially adopted foreign policy strategy. What was inherited is the policy of “relying on four pillars” (the EU, Russia, China, and the U.S.), promoted by former foreign minister Vuk Jeremic before the Serbian Progressive Party’s rise to power in 2012.
