Voting (BETAPHOTO/Dragan Gojic)
Local elections in three municipalities in Serbia on Nov. 30 have shown that the ruling coalition has slightly weakened and that its opponents have strengthened, due to which opposition actors can be happy. The elections were again marked by ubiquitous irregularities, but also violence, which police ignored.
