The Self Determination leader, Albin Kurti, accepted to be Kosovo’s designated prime minister, but he is struggling to gather a new cabinet, having failed to reach a coalition agreement with Isa Mustafa’s Democratic Alliance of Kosovo that is instrumental in securing a majority in the parliament. Kurti and Mustafa haven’t met for some ten days, and the two parties keep shifting the blame onto each other as a mutually acceptable coalition deal eludes them both.
