New Party leader Zoran Zivkovic on Dec. 24 welcomed “the erasure of doctoral degree” in Finance Minister Sinisa Mali’s resume on the ministry’s website and called on Interior Minister Nebojsa to erase Bachelor’s and doctoral degrees from his CV as he had “no evidence” to support them.

Speaking to reports in the Serbian parliament, Zivkovic said he expected from Prime Minister Ana Brnabic to “delete Mali and Stefanovic from her cabinet,” and from Serbia’s citizens to “delete the clan of Aleksanadar Vucic and all his forgers” in the upcoming elections.

Zivkovic further said he expected from Vucic and Public Prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac to inform the public about a criminal complaint he had filed in early November against Vucic, Nebojsa Stefanovic and his father Branko Stefanovic, and former arms maker Krusik general manager Mladen Petkovic for “criminal conspiracy aimed at causing damage to Krusik.”

“Vucic has recently called on all who hold information about criminal activities of the Stefanovic clan to file a criminal complaint. It seems that he has spent much time studying Chinese so he does not remember that on Nov. 5, I filed a complaint against him, Nebojsa and Branko Stefanovic, and Mladen Petkovic for their intention to engage in criminal transfer of public assets into private profits,” Zivkovic stressed.

Commenting on the Dec. 24 parliament debate on defense-related bills, Zivkovic said that a draft Defense Strategy, that is, a draft national security strategy, “does not exclude” the possibility of an armed aggression on Serbia.

“Considering that we border NATO countries or the countries under direct NATO control, such as Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo, I expect an explanation to the citizens why we are under threat of a NATO aggression, while NATO officers are sitting in the Serbian Army Headquarters,” Zivkovic said.
