The European Union has prepared an investment plan in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
The plan is worth EUR38bn, with EUR1.16bn set aside for Croatia, the media quoted Prime Minister Andej Plenkovic as saying.
The European Parliament also adopted the investment initiative proposed by the Commission, at a plenary session where MPs for the first time voted remotely, via e-mail.
The investment plan from the EU's funds is designed for health care systems, SMEs, labor markets and other endangered parts of the member countries' economies.
