Vucic’s Attack Dog in the Education Sector

Since her appointment as acting director of the Fifth Belgrade Gymnasium eight months ago, Danka Nesovic has been continuously attracting public attention for her controversial actions against the school’s students and professors, who took part in the months-long rebellion in the country. Aleksandar Vucic’s regime appointed Danka Nesovic to “restore order” in one of Belgrade’s most prestigious schools, where a large number of professors and students participated in blockades and stopped classes. Nesovic was supposed to provide an example to other schools – both their managements and students.
