A verdict rendered by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina whereby Milorad Dodik’s appeal was dismissed, and a final judgment by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Dodik case confirmed, could be the beginning of an end to his political career. On the other hand, a deal Dodik reached with U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration quite recently, after which the United States has lifted sanctions against him, suggests that the leader of the ruling coalition in Republika Srpska should not be written off yet.
