Serbia's ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ivan Todorov, briefly found himself in the spotlight in both countries last week, following media reports that Republika Srpska’s special police had used force against him at a restaurant in Pale, East Sarajevo. Todorov, who is regarded as Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic’s trusted associate, probably wasn’t the target of the special police operation, even though speculation implying that appeared on social media.
