A Career: Danijel Sinani, Professor at the School of Philosophy in Belgrade

Belgrade School of Philosophy professor Danijel Sinani has found himself being attacked by the nationalistically-oriented pro-government media, which has brutally insulted him and speculated on his ethnic background.

The attacks ensued after Sinani and University in Belgrade rector Ivanka Popovic participated in negotiations with students who were holding sit-ins in the Rectorate and demanding that the University check as soon as possible claims that Finance Minister Sinisa Mali had plagiarized his doctoral thesis.
