Vijosa Osmani (Beta/Armenija Zajmi Besevic)
Democratic League of Kosovo’s candidate for premier Vjosa Osmani received the most votes in the past two elections as a female candidate in Kosovo. She is the first woman to be nominated for premier of Kosovo.
Osmani has the reputation of being a sharp, outspoken debator, while her candidacy was welcomed by gender equality activists.
