One Person Dies of Coronavirus In Serbia, 121 Newly Infected

One person died from the coronavirus in Serbia in the past 24 hours, it was announced on the Health Ministry's web-portal on Oct. 7.

In that period, 6,700 people were tested, with the virus having been confirmed in 121 of them. There are 283 people currently being treated in hospitals, 20 of them on ventilators.

A total of 758 people have died from the consequences of the infection since the start of the epidemic in Serbia. The total number of tested people in that period was 1,173,582, of whom 34,193 were positive for the virus.
