20 People Die of COVID-19 in Serbia, 1,317 Newly Infected

Twenty people have died of COVID-19 in Serbia in the last 24 hours, while 1,317 have been confirmed as newly infected, the Serbian Ministry of Health said in a press release on Jan. 17.

A total of 5,304 people are hospitalized with the disease, of whom 199 are on ventilators.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic in Serbia, 372,533 people have been infected, while 3,750 have died.
