German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas will visit Pristina and Belgrade on April 22 and 23, it was stated by Germany's ministry.

The spokeswoman of the Foreign Ministry, Maria Adebar, told reporters in Berlin that Minister Maas would visit in Pristina on April 23 and the Serbian capital Belgrade on the next day, Radio Free Europe (RFE) has reported.

According to Adebar, the process of the dialogue about the normalization of relations is among the items on the agenda of his meetings with the officials of Kosovo and Serbia.

The visit of the German foreign minister will be taking place after last week's reports in regional media about the possibility of the re-drawing of borders between the countries that used to be parts of the former Yugoslavia.

According to certain media outlets, Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa had allegedly sent to Brussels the so-called non-paper, in which he claimed that the process of Yugoslavia's disintegration was not over. The German government has reacted to the media reports and dismissed such ideas.
