COVID-19 Claims 31 Lives in Serbia, 1,695 Newly Infected

In the last 24 hours, 31 people have died of COVID-19 in Serbia, which raises the death toll of the epidemic to 6,227, it was announced on April 25.

According to the Serbian Institute of Public Health, 1,695 new cases of infection were confirmed among 8,956 persons tested.

There are 5,601 patients currently hospitalized with COVID-19, of whom 202 are on ventilators. Since the outbreak of the epidemic in Serbia, 3,775,363 people have been tested for the virus of whom 679,667 were found to be positive.
