Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic began a two-day visit to Brussels on April 25 with a meeting with Miroslav Lajcak, the European Union's special representatives for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.

Vucic posted a photograph with Lajcak on Instagram ahead of the meeting.

He was scheduled for separate meetings on April 26 with the top officials of the EU, European Council President Charles Michel, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and High Representative Josep Borrell.

On April 26, the president of Serbia is slated to meet with European Enlargement Commissioner Oliver Varhelyi and European Parliament rapporteur for Serbia Vladimir Bilcik.

The topics of Vucic's meetings with EU officials include resuming the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, applying the EU's new methodology in accession talks, fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and other subjects.

On April 29, top EU officials in Brussels will receive Kosovo Premier Albin Kurti. Vucic announced earlier that the Brussels dialog between Belgrade and Pristina was supposed to resume in May.
