Seven Die of COVID-19 11 in Serbia, 162 Newly Infected

Seven people have died of COVID-19 in Serbia in the last 24 hours, making the death toll of the epidemic now 6,924.

According to the records of the Serbian Institute of Public Health, 162 new cases of infection were confirmed among 8,552 persons tested. There are 518 patients currently hospitalized with COVID-19, and of them 28 are on ventilators.

Since the outbreak, 4,220,000 samples have been tested in Serbia, and 713,840 were found to be positive for the novel coronavirus.
