Goran Vesic, the deputy mayor of Belgrade, said on Dec. 22 that those attending the New Year's Eve concerts organized by the capital will be able to take rapid Covid tests at multiple locations in the city.
"We have prepared 50,000 protective [facial] masks, which will be distributed to visitors upon their arrival at the concerts, [and will also set up] locations where rapid Covid tests will be performed for free on all unvaccinated visitors," Vesic said in an interview for Happy TV, published on the city's official website, Beoinfo.
The capital has two concerts planned for the holiday: one to be held in front of the National Assembly, the other set to take place at the Sava Promenade.
