Kosovo Premier Albin Kurti stated at the Dec. 28 session of the government that the time given to KFOR to remove the barricades in northern Kosovo was slowly running out.

Kurti stated that "the criminals in the north are trying to destabilize the region and violate the territorial integrity of Kosovo," the media in Pristina have reported.

"Setting up roadblocks will not be accepted. KFOR has asked for time to respond, but that time is running out. We cooperate and coordinate with KFOR. One thing is clear – freedom of movement must be established," Kurti stated.
