The head of the European Parliament's (EP) Delegation for Serbia, Tanja Fajon, and the EP's permanent rapporteur for Serbia, Vladimir Bilcik, will join Eduard Kukan and Knut Fleckenstein in the second round of the dialogue between the authorities and the opposition about election conditions, on Nov. 14 and 15.

The topics of the second EP-mediated meeting will be the analysis of progress of the government's measures for improving the election conditions, new proposals from the government and campaign financing and the media, the EWB portal reported.

The first round of the dialogue was held on Oct. 9 and 10, after the exchanging of letters by the chair of the EP's Foreign Affairs Committee, David McAllister, and Serbian Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic.

The representatives of the Alliance for Serbia, which has entered the campaign for boycotting next year's parliamentary election, have refused to participate in the dialogue.
