There were 64 newly registered people with the corona virus infection in Croatia in the past 24 hours and one person died, which raised the total to 1,407 infected and 20 dead, the National Civil Defense Headquarters announced on April 9.
In North Macedonia, 46 new cases were confirmed and the total number of infected people is 663, Health Minister Venko Filipce announced on April 9. According to figures presented by Filipce, 37 patients have been cured and 30 have died since the start of the epidemic in North Macedonia.
Slovenia registered 33 new cases in the past 24 hours, so the total number of the infected is 1,124, the Slovenian government's spokesperson for the corona crisis, Jelko Kacin, stated on April 9, adding that data about the spread of the disease in Slovenia were "encouraging". Three more people died from Covid-19, which raised the total number of the deceased to 43, Hina has reported.
The total number of registered people with the infection in Bosnia and Herzegovina is 841, while 95 have recovered and 35 have died from the virus.
