Montenegro's prime minister-designate Zdravko Krivokapic confirmed that no one whose name was on lists of candidates in the last Montenegrin vote would join experts in the country's new government.

Speaking for the Podgorica-based Dan daily on Nov. 4, Krivokapic said "yes" to the question if a decision on new ministers-experts meant that candidates on any MP list in the Montenegrin election would not be given seats in the new cabinet.

The prime minister-designate had said earlier that the new government was expected to have 12 ministers, for him an equivalent to 12 apostles that Metropolitan Amfilohije had repeatedly "taught" about.

Krivokapic's proposal is that Montenegro's new cabinet should have a prime minister without deputies, and 12 departments, which requires a considerable reshuffle to downsize the executive from the previous 18.
