B-H Federation government has passed a decision that deactivates a decision on preparing and building the Krusevo 9.75 MW and 2.13MW Zeleni Vir hydroelectric power plants on the Biostica river.

Namely, the Olovo municipality has requested information from the Bosnian Elektroprivreda power company on the state of the project.

The information that it received shows that the technical solutions in a feasibility study are technically and economically unacceptable.

The Federation government concluded that the further pursuit of the proposed solutions was unjustified. Elektroprivreda confirmed this in a note to the federal ministry of energy, mining and the industry and stressed that the cancelation of project preparations was proposed, B92 reported.
