EUR1.35bn was invested in just 10 of the most important projects of tourism facilities and infrastructure in Montenegro by the end of 2019, according to a report on their implementation adopted by the Montenegrin government, Dnevne Novine daily reports.

Most of the priority projects in the field of tourism being carried out in the coastal region of Montenegro are unfolding in line with the arranged dynamic, i.e. according to the obligations contained in contracts and investment programs, while their implementation in the north has intensified, according to the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, as reported by the media.

The level of realization and financial indicators were provided on the grounds of data on the fulfillment of contractual obligations available to the competent ministry and the Secretariat for Development Projects, while the key portion of information on activities in the north was delivered by the Public Works Administration, the media report.

Individual data were delivered by the companies Azmont Investments, Adriatic Marinas, Lustica Development, Adriatic Properties, QD Hotel and Property Investment Montenegro, OHM Mamula Montenegro, Karisma Montenegro, as well as state-owned company Skijalista Crne Gore (Ski Resorts of Montenegro) and the Tender Committee for the Valorization of Tourism Locations.
