Bankruptcy Introduced in Teramont Company over EUR900,000 Tax Debt

After nearly half a year the Montenegrin Commercial Court has launched bankruptcy proceedings in the Budva-based Teramont company. The procedure was started over a EUR903,590 tax debt. 

The company was placed under investigation by the Montenegrin police’s department for curbing fraud, according to the Dan newspaper. 

The Tax Authority had asked that bankruptcy be introduced back on June 21, last year.  Judge Milica Vlahovic is in charge of the proceedings while the company was declared bankrupt on Jan. 16. 

Teramont was founded in October 2006. Its headquarters were named as Buljarica bb. The company was registered for construction and specialized works, according to the Montenegrin media. 

The company’s founders are Sergej Lebedev, Aleksandar Detkov, Nikolia Pavlovic, Nazim Durakovic and Oleg Vereschao and haven’t changed since 2006. The company’s GM is Nazim Durakovic, who is also its authorized representative.
