Sia and Samo Login top the Manager magazine’s list of 100 wealthiest Slovenians, which was published for the seventh year in a row.
Their total estate is worth EUR5.8bn, which is EUR147m more than last year. The threshold for making the list was lowered by the magazine by six percent to EUR20.9m.
The Logins, who are the main founders of the Outfit7 gaming mobile apps company, are worth an estimated EUR689m, which is the same as last year.
The founders sold the company in January 2017 to the Chinese United Luck Group holding company for EUR1bn, according to SeeBiz.
Second on the list, like last year, were Sandi Cesko and his partner Livija Dolanc, who narrowed the gap between them and the Logins by around EUR50m.
Their total property is worth EUR345m (17% more than last year), which increased as a result of the successful sale of beds in the U.S. Marko Pistotnik is also on the list of Slovenia’s top ten richest people (his property is worth EUR210m just like last year), the Lah family (EUR164m or three percent less than last year), Damian Merlak (EUR148m for an increase of 19%), Igor Akrapovic (EUR139m or three percent more), Tatjana and Albin Dobersek (EUR120m or 38% more) and Tone Strnad (EUR118m or 36% more).
