Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic received on May 25 a courtesy call from newly appointed Croatian Ambassador to Serbia Hidajet Biscevic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.
Dacic welcomed the Croatian ambassador to Serbia and wished him a successful term in office, adding that he believed that the two countries would through joint efforts in the coming period manage to advance their overall bilateral relations, reads the Ministry statement.
The interlocutors concurred that it was in the interest of both countries for their relations to be stable and meaningful and that, in that sense, political dialogue needed to intensify.
Dacic expressed readiness to realize a bilateral visit by Croatian minister of foreign and European affairs to Serbia after the end of the pandemic.
