Vucic Begins Consultations with Parties on Forming Cabinet

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met on July 14 with representatives of the Albanian Democratic Alternative - United Valley ticket and listened to its proposals, demands and needs, Vucic's office has said in a statement.

Representatives of Albanian parties talked about their intentions to integrate Albanians with Serbian state institutions as much as possible and the need for economic progress, both in Serbia's south and the entire country.

"President Vucic carefully listened to their objections about the functioning of the state and stressed that we are ready to help develop the south of Serbia in different ways. He stressed that he would notify representatives of Albanian parties in the next 14 days on the formation of the Cabinet," the statement said, adding that Vucic would meet with representatives of other parties and tickets that had won seats in parliament in legislative elections.
