Protest Held Outside Serbian Parliament

Standing outside the Serbian parliament protesters booed and whistled Serbia's new MPs attending the inaugural session of a new parliament on Aug. 3.

The protesters were yelling "Betrayal!", booing the MPs who were leaving the Parliament building, escorted by the police, after they had taken their oaths. A security fence had been installed in front of the building.

The demonstrators were carrying signs saying "Down with Vucic's Servants!" and "Down with False MPs!"

The Enough is Enough leader, Sasa Radulovic, has organized the protest in order to "prevent the false MPs from setting up a false parliament."
