The state broadcaster RTS Managing Board will on Aug. 19 decide who will assume the post or RTS general manager, Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti has reported.
The Managing Board will choose between two candidates who had been shortlisted and interviewed, according to the daily Aug. 18 issue.
One candidate is RTS in-house cameramen and cinematographer Vasko Vasovic, while the other is Marko Milutinovic, a long-time journalist of former RTS Channel 3, the incumbent publishing director of RTS music production branch PGP RTS, and the editor and host of broadcast Lice Nacije (The Face of the Nation) aired on TV Pancevo.
In early July, the RTS Managing Board shortlisted these two prospects, explaining they were the only applicants who had met all the requirements.
Acting RTS General Manager Dragan Bujosevic was not shortlisted as he had failed to sign his application.
