The EU high representative for foreign policy and security, Josep Borrell, and the EU's special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, will host the next high level meeting between Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovo Premier Avdulah Hoti, in Brussels on Sept. 7, the European External Action Service (EEAS) announced on Sept. 2.
"As part of the comprehensive agreement to normalize relations between Kosovo and Serbia, the meeting will address non-majority community arrangements, and the settlement of mutual financial claims/property. It was announced that High Representative Borrell would give a media statement before the start of the meeting and EU Special Representative Lajcak at its end.
