A vice-president of the Party of Freedom and Justice, Marinika Tepic, requested from the director of Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) power utility, Milorad Grcic, an open interview to discuss business operations of the public enterprise.
She said that Grcic could make all the preparations for the meeting by the end of the week, when he should explain to the citizens of Serbia why EPS was a loss-maker again, and what kind of consequences the citizens and EPS employees could expect to suffer because of a catastrophic financial situation in the company.
"I am confident that you are not afraid of the public, and that you will open your offices to us. I expect you to schedule a public meeting with us by Oct. 5 at the latest," Tepic said in a letter to the EPS CEO.
