Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic on Dec. said that Serbia’s Ambassador to Podgorica Vladimir Bozovic had fulfilled all the conditions to be declared persona non grata.
“I have nothing to add to what the Foreign Ministry has already said. It is the obligation of an ambassador to act in line with international acts. Primarily, with the Vienna Convention,” Djukanovic told reporters at the parliament.
According to Djukanovic, the Serbian ambassador has fulfilled all the conditions for the relevant ministry to make such a decision. “As far as I know, there is no possibility for the ambassador who has once been declared persona non grata to be renominated for the post. I do not want to speculate whether Serbia would opt for this, but if that happens, you will be informed of my stand,” Djukanovic said.
