Fifteen People Die of Coronavirus in Serbia, 2,981 Newly Infected

Over the past 24 hours 14 people died of the coronavirus in Serbia bringing the death toll to 7,292, an Aug. 31 statement said.

According to the Serbian Institute of Public Health 15,529 samples were tested of which 2,981 were positive for the virus. A total of 1,231 patients have been hospitalized 80 of whom are on ventilators.

Since the outbreak of the pandemic a total of 5,025,390 people have been tested in Serbia of whom 762,933 tested positive for the disease.
