Kosovo Missing Persons Commission president Andin Hoti has announced that digging would begin at a mass grave site in Serbia and that Kosovo had sent an urgent request for satellite images so that the fate of missing persons could be solved easier.
Hoti said that Kosovo had requested the satellite images through the International Red Cross from partner countries, but had not received a response, the Kosovo-online website said citing the Pristina media on April 26.
"Our first request is placing conditions on Serbia. Our second request is for guarantees from the EU that a deadline will be set by which Serbia will have to supply information on missing persons, while our third request is the opening of all Serbian secret documents created during the war in Kosovo," Hoti said.
