One Dies From Coronavirus in Serbia, 566 Newly Infected

One person died from the consequences of the coronavirus infection in Serbia in the past 24 hours and there were 566 newly infected – 86 more than on the previous day, it was announced on June 23

According to the announcement on the covid19.rs web-site, 6,912 people were tested in that period. 93 people are receiving treatment for the disease in hospitals, seven of them on ventilators. 16,119 people have died from the disease since the start of the epidemic in Serbia, and the fatality rate is 0.8 percent.

9,859,811 samples have been tested since the start of the epidemic and 2,024,455 were positive for the virus.
