Seven Die of COVID-19 in Serbia, 3,141 Newly Infected

Seven people have died of COVID-19 in Serbia in the last 24 hours, and 3,141 of the 13,869 samples tested in the same time frame were positive for the presence of the virus.

Hospital care is being provided for 560 of all COVID patients, 21 of whom require assisted ventilation.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic was officially declared, 16,829 people have died of the disease in Serbia, while the death rate on Sept. 12 stood at 0.73 percent.

Since the beginning of the outbreak, 10,815,944 samples have been tested in Serbia, 2,318,677 of which were found to be positive.
