Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani stated on March 22 that Kosovo would not give up on the basic agreement and that Serbia had to honor everything that has been agreed in Ohrid.
Osmani told the media in Pristina that the Serbian side was not honoring a single agreement that stemmed from the dialogue.
“Even 24 hours after the meeting in Ohrid, Serbia has not honored the agreement, which was also the case in February, and that proves that it sees no value in the dialogue, either political or legal. The text of the basic agreement remains the same and is not changed, so article 4 of the agreement, which envisages Serbia’s obligation not to oppose the membership of the Republic of Kosovo in any organization, remains in effect,” Osmani stated, as quoted by Kosovo Online.
