The former president of Serbia, Boris Tadic, urged the current president, Aleksandar Vucic, to talk to student Dimitrije Dimic who is on a hunger strike in front of the Presidency building.
Tadic tweeted that it was scandalous that Vucic had not come out to talk to the student for three days now.
“It is scandalous and shameful that Vucic had not come out, for three days now, to talk to the young man who is risking his life in front of his office. He had to have done it immediately, regardless of whether he agreed with him or not. Once again, as a former president, I urge current President Vucic to talk to Dimitrije and to have him provided with constant medical supervision and adequate police protection,” Tadic tweeted.
Tadic declared that, if Dimic were to stay in front of the Presidency at night, he would stand beside him.
