At four locations along the inter-entity boundary line (IEBL) subdividing Bosnia and Herzegovina into two entities rallies were held under the slogan, “There Is a Line" in support of president of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik against whom the Prosecution Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has raised charges for refusing to implement decisions by High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt.

The protests were held along the IEBL in Eastern Sarajevo, the Dobrinja quarter, Doboj and Priboj, near Lopar, on the road leading to Tuzla, as well as on the Nevesinje-Mostar highway. No incidents were reported during the protests.

Each rally attracted several hundred protesters. On both sides of the IEBL, in Republika Srpska and in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, during the rally in Eastern Sarajevo, dozens of police officers were deployed along with snipers on the roofs in the Bosnian Serb entity.

The protesters held banners with the image of Milorad Dodik but also Russian President Vladimir Putin. Some wore T-shirts with the paramilitary Wagner Group’s slogan: “Death is Our Business and Business Is Good.”
