Voting , Serbia (BETAPHOTO/MILAN OBRADOVIC)
The Alliance of the Communist Youth of Yugoslavia and the New Communist Part of Yugoslavia announced on Nov. 2 that they would be running in parliamentary and local elections in Serbia together on the Russian Party's ticket.
They called on the working class, rural proletariat, students, pensioners, youth, the "unemployed and honest intelligentsia" to support with their signatures the Russian Party's ticket which will include the communists and to vote for the bloc in elections on Dec. 17.
They explained that they shared views on numerous issues with the Russian Party. They oppose Serbia becoming a part of what they said "are imperialistic alliances like NATO and the EU, support strengthening comprehensive cooperation with brotherly Russia and BRICS countries, and see Kosovo and Metohija as an inalienable part of Serbia."
