On Nov. 13 in Brussels, Josep Borrell, the high representative of the European Union for foreign affairs and security policy, will be chairing a meeting between the European Union’s Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) and their six Western Balkan counterparts.
The conference of foreign ministers from all EU member countries as well as from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Serbia, was scheduled following the announcement of the new annual EU Enlargement Package and a 2024-2027 Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, worth EUR6 billion.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 pm local time.
