Tutin, Novi Pazar Sources of Fake Medical Diplomas Used in Montenegro

A representative of the organization “Alternative Montenegro”, Nikola Bezmarevic, said that between 25,000 and 30,000 fake diplomas had been recorded in the country, and that most of forged medical degrees had been issued in Tutin and Novi Pazar.

Speaking for the Broadcasting Corporation of Montenegro (RTCG), the “Okvir” (Frame)  TV show, Bezmarevic said that his organization possessed evidence that 700 fake diplomas had been used in Montenegro, and that it had filed criminal reports against 54 workers in Pljevlja, who had bought their diplomas in Tutin.

Bezmareivc also mentioned suspicious medical degrees, issued by vocational schools in Tutin and Novi Pazar, the “Perfekt” faculty in Prijepolje, the “Dositej Obradovic” vocational medical school in Novi Sad and the secondary school “Hipokrat” in Bujanovac.

The main sources of suspicious diplomas are faculties in Travnik, Brcko and Pristina, and most of the scandals in this area have been linked to the faculty “Union Nikola Tesla”, based in Novi Sad, Bezmarevic said, adding that the fake diplomas issued in Tutin had been discovered by Germany, and that the Montenegrin nationals working in the country based on forged diplomas were deported.
