Adria Airways
The Adria Airways brand is being offered for sale for an asking price of EUR100,000, the Exyuviation website reports.
The deadline for handing in binding offers is July 6. This deadline, however, will have to be extended as physical access to the documentation connected to the brand is not possible due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Adria Airway’s former owner, 4K Invest, sold the brand to one of its affiliated firms in Malta in 2016 for EUR8m, in an attempt to show profits in the company’s financial books.
Adria later reclaimed the rights after being taken over by a Maltese company early in 2019.
