Sava Centar
On Nov. 6, the Delta Holding company announced that it had handed in its offer for buying Sava Centar in a public tender called by the City of Belgrade.
Delta Holding has accepted the price of EUR17.5 plus the condition of investing EUR50m, the company said in a statement.
According to Delta’s foreign consultants, the renovation of Sava Centar will cost over EUR60m.
