Serbian Progressive Party MP Miroslav Petrasinovic drew public attention last week for proposing amendments to Serbia’s election laws. The critically-minded portion of the public describes the amendments as “cosmetic changes” and sees this as another manipulation by the Vucic regime or an attempt to pretend to meet the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) while essentially keeping things like they were before.
