Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced on Dec. 4, after a meeting with Republika Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik in Zurich, that Serbia and RS would continue to work on all joint projects at an accelerated pace.
“President Dodik is right about one thing – different rules always applied on us Serbs; everything others could do, we could not, everything that was permitted to others, was not permitted to us… We cannot change the world, but we can be honest to our people, as well as to those who have made up special principles for the Serbs and punished us for not being sufficiently obedient. Serbia and Srpska will continue to work on all joint projects at an accelerated pace,” Vucic wrote in a post on Instagram next to a photo with Dodik.
Vucic, who is making an address in Zurich at the panel discussion organized by the Weltwoche magazine, titled the “Zurich Speech,” said that he and Dodik had a cordial meeting. “Dodik gave me the best advice ahead of the Zurich event – speak only what you mean and what our people feel, and that will be enough,” he said.
