As of Oct. 1, a monthly minimum wage in Serbia will be RSD58,630, or EUR500, up 9.4 percent from the current amount, the Social and Economic Council decided at its session on July 15.

This represents an extraordinary increase, as minimum wage regular adjustments are effective from Jan. 1 each year.

The current minimum wage in Serbia, following a 13.7 increase for 2025, totals RSD53.592, or EUR457.

The Serbian Government plans a 10.1 percent increase of the minimum wage for 2026.
