Serbian Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarovic has met in Belgrade with representatives of China’s Shandong Golden Empire Precision Machinery Technology (GEB) and MINTH Group Ltd. to discuss new investments in Serbia, the Ministry of Economy has announced.

Following the sit-down, Mesarovic recalled that MINTH already employs 3,000 people in Serbia. After completing its plants in Sabac and Loznica, she went on to explain, the company would like to build facilities in other parts of the country as well, the statement said.

Meanwhile, GEB is contemplating a factory in Serbia that would produce parts for Germany’s renown automobile manufacturer BMW.
